We’ve been dancing at 2nd Street since the day it opened. We were looking for a non-competitive studio with a professional but still nurturing and fun environment, and we found our home here! From beginner classes for kids of all ages to advanced classes for experienced teens and adults, this studio has it all, with caring, friendly instructors who love sharing their passion for dance. They are taking great care to protect health and safety while carrying on outdoor classes during the pandemic, and we cannot wait for the day we can return to indoor classes in the beautifully renovated studio space.

We began at 2nd Street Studio because we were looking for a non-competitive dance atmosphere for my daughter. We stayed because we have found our 2nd Family! It has been 5 years and I cannot recommend this studio enough. The teachers are passionate, friendly, and engaging with their students. They are all positive role models. The studio owners are hard working and out-of-the-box thinkers who have made it easy for my daughter to continue what she loves to do, even during a pandemic, legally and safely. My daughter (and I) has made lasting friendships while also continuing to improve her skills and love for dance. Highly recommend on trying a class...it’s FREE!

They made me feel welcome even though I had never taken dance classes before. As an adult with no experience I was so hesitant to try a dance class but they made the experience so fun! I gained confidence, strength, and knowledge that I can take with me. Instructors are willing to work with all special cases (back problems, knee problems, etc)

My daughter started at this studio the first year it opened. We unfortunately moved away from the area. After her attending several other studios I know drive her 50 minutes to and from our house so she can attend 2nd Street Studio of Dance. Excellent teacher’s that give high quality instruction as well as a very professional owner who is a great teacher herself but most importantly knows how to run a business.
