Dwayne is awesome! He came out the same day and did what needed to be done. Kept in touch about parts and really helped me out by not doing unnecessary repairs. He also helped me out by phone when my Nest thermostat decided to quit. Highly recommended!!!

Dwayne came out and quickly identified that the gas valve was faulty and working intermittently. I had tried myself based off the trouble code and replaced the inducer fan and pressure switch. He is fair and honest with regards to the service that is needed. We've been using A & S Heating and Cooling for a decade as they did the original HVAC installation. He did some other tune ups while he was changing the valve as courtesy and even switched out gas shut off as it was older style and he didn't feel safe as the current ones available. Again, -Courteous, upfront and prompt with appointments. Integrity and skillset of this caliber can't be measured with a rating system. I highly recommend giving A & S a call if you need HVAC service and they also have some awesome BBQ/Smoker grills in showroom.
I recently had a furnace and air conditioning unit installed by A&S Heating and Cooling and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and quality of the products installed. From the initial consultation to final inspection, I appreciate the commitment to quality and service the team at A&S provided. Always skeptical of service groups from past experiences, I was quickly put at ease by Dwayne (the owner) when he came to do his consultation. Immediately I knew I was working with someone who knew what was going on, how long the project was going to take and, most importantly, didn’t up-sell me on something I didn’t need or wouldn’t find benefit to. I quickly realized this is someone that I could trust and believe would do a good job. The technicians arrived on-time, courteous and were able to answer any of our questions (while doing the install) with thought and concern. When the inspector arrived, he had positive comments with regards to the workmanship and signed off on the project without hesitation. I appreciate making this investment as painless as possible; I would highly recommend A&S Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of a dependable and honest service group.

Owner is always up front. My last experience was a not what I would have hoped but I will go back, and he they have been overall a solid service organization. I will be getting a quote from them soon.
