Poor communication. Let's just say don't waste your time. Now that I was 10 minutes late they are making me wait 40 minuites to be seen! I don't know why I bother. The only good thing about this place is the good doctors.

Good Docs, terrible billing and communication. Getting feedback or response from Dr is impossible. Portal is useless, some providers are not even listed. Messages go into a black hole. And that doesn't even touch on the billing. Why I have up to a dozen different bills and account numbers at the same office is inexplicable. I finally threw my hands up-I finding a new office

Completely dissatisfied. Staff and doctors don't care about their patients... I had a 10 o'clock appt waited 2hours before walking out without being seen

This place is a joke. I'm on blood pressure medication. I was there a few months ago for blood work and a physical. They demanded that I come in before they will renew my blood pressure medication. Mind you I've been going there for 5 years. Same meds, but now they say they will not renew my prescription unless I come in. I told them I can not come in because I do not have insurance until the new year. They still will not renew my blood pressure medication. So now I will not have my prescription until the new year. Unbelievable!!! Stay away from this place. They have terrible doctors, horrible staff and all they care about is the money.

Its taken over 25 minutes and I still havent spoken to someone...Good thing its not an emergency you'd be dead before they spoke to you. I just need a refill the pharmacy says they never respond to refill requests but their phone line at Wayne State says new Pharmacy refill request come from the pharmacy. Wow and their Dr;s roll their eyes at you and are sub par I've found one dr who seems to be decent but hes a student dr. in another year he'll be gone and so will I .....

Boy, if you do not fit into a box for your medical issues I'd advise not to waste your time here. I have a rare connective tissue disorder with recently have had brain surgery. It's hard for me to articulate words and explaining my complaints, at this office well John Otremba Pharm. D., M.D. Belittled me, talked down my medical issues & surgery like it was not an issue. I have some permanent damage from my recent medical issues. Dr. Peress is clueless if it's not in your blood work! I will be writing a formal complaint at corporate and also making a complaint to Marfan Foundation and other connective tissue disorder foundations. Advising anyone who has these issues to steer clear of this awful practice! Thank you for reading This is only to give patients a heads up for their future care!!

If your sick and 10 mins late you mean to tell me even if I call you won't take me when they take forever to see people while once your in the back... going to emergency ...looking for a new doctor
