I do not usually write reviews. This time I felt like I had too. I was completely blown away by the service that I received when i brought my vehicle into the service department at Jaguar Land Rover in Rochester. I had a couple different problems with my vehicle that needed to be fixed.I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted anything to drink while i was explaining my concerns to my adviser. I was also offered a vehicle while my car was in service which was super convenient. The service adviser went above and beyond to thoroughly explain to me what I needed to get fixed on my vehicle since i am not great with mechanics of vehicles. He was very prompt to call me and keep me updated. They also went through my whole vehicle for me to make sure it was safe for the winter. They advised me how to save a little money as well! When i picked up my vehicle it was all washed for me which it badly needed. I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the service department at the dealership. Everything is perfect on my vehicle and as a woman I feel more secure that my vehicle is safe for my long commutes in the winter. I will definitely be going back in the future!

Service department superior i have stopped in a few tinmesfor minor issues and every time both Ian and Paul took the time to quickly resolve the issues while i waited and even took the time to explain features and answer any questions in detail. .These gentlemen know their vehicles and definitely know how to treat customers .I have owned other luxury suvs and cant say the same about those other dealerships. Saw and heard negativity but so glad i formed my own opinion about Piehler. I drove 14 different brands but came back to jaguar and Gavin heloed me build my own-many thanks to these men !
