Great staff! They are all so nice and treat you like you are kings even if you go in to look at their cars in Bluejeans and a sweatshirt like I did today. Found the vehicle that we loved, traded in our old beater,and we drove off within 5 hours. Definitely will return for future business.

I absolutely LOVE this dealership! I LOVE Janna and Elizabeth! Janna is phenomenal and helped me not once but twice with finding the vehicle that was perfect for me! And Elizabeth who is the financial expert is amazing as well and going over everything they offer when purchasing your vehicle. If you are looking to purchase a Mercedes, definitely go to Rochester and make sure you are set with Janna! She is beautiful and funny and knows what will be perfect for your vehicle! You will not be disappointed! If you see the photos I have the red CLA was my first purchase but after about 2 months I realized that the car was to small for me and what I like to do and haul and so I contacted Janna about trading in my car and purchased the GLC which fits me so much better! :)

I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and found one advertised on the internet thru Mercedes-Benz of Rochester. It was priced below other comparable vehicles advertised by dealerships and private parties within 100 miles of my home in the St. Paul area. I contacted the dealership by e-mail to verify the vehicle's availability and make an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived for the appointment the vehicle was at the front door of the dealership with a personalized 'reserved for' sign. We were greeted at the front desk, got the keys and went for a test drive. When we returned we met our Client Advisor Patrick Natoli, he answered all of our questions and explained the dealership and vehicle pricing. I wasn't planning to trade our car in because of the low blue book value but after a quick negotiation process we had a reasonable deal. It was the quickest and smoothest car buying experience that I have been through. Thanks you Patrick!
