Geno, an amazing man, amazing customer service. Gave my friend a Christmas miracle! He took my order and is delivering on Christmas. Thank you thank you thank you. I don't live here, I live states away. The pictures my friend sent me of the arrangement is absolutely gorgeous. I could not have trusted a more perfect man to make an amazing arrangement for my friend who was going through the worse. Without going in to too much detail of her life, it's been struggling. And I'm so so grateful that Geno could brighten it with his gorgeous flower arrangement. I will forever be ordering my friends arrangements from him from now on. But with plenty of time ahead. Thank you so much for being so patient with me. Thank you for this Christmas miracle of helping a friend with her grief.

We needed a casket spray of flowers for our father who passed away somewhat unexpectedly. I knew Gene Biondi was a local Rochy guy who always supported the community and our Lady Rams basketball team, of which my daughter plays and I coach. So I called him immediately and gave him an idea of what we wanted for the funeral. We didn't want anything traditional, as our dad was not a \traditional\ guy. So I gave Gene the tough task of locating very colorful and vibrant flowers. Gene did an absolutely amazing job--as you can see in the picture below. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for an extremely reasonable price. Gene delivered our flowers on time--which happened to be very early in the morning. Gene is a great guy and the quality of his product is second to none. As many people know, making funeral arrangements is no easy task, but when you have someone like Gene to help you through part of the process, it makes everything so much easier. The Hauser Family highly highly recommends Sheldon's Flowers in Rochester for all of your floral needs!!
Wow..this place is amazing!! We call in from out-of-state and he has put the most beautiful arrangements on our loved ones gravesites! Gino has sent us photos so we can see how they look and we feel confident that their memories have been honored with his floral touch. . .very classy!! We would recommend him to anyone who wants the best in floral design!
I recently ordered flowers from Sheldon’s, and they were simply stunning. Geno, the owner, spent so much time with us. He even called his supplier while we were in the store to be certain he could get a special flower that we requested. It’s so refreshing to see a business man like Geno that cares about pleasing his customers and takes so much pride in his work. It’s no wonder Sheldon’s has been in business for 50 years. I’m always happy to support local businesses because they are the lifeblood of the community. Sheldon’s does not disappoint. I will be ordering from them in the future.
this is the prettiest bouquet of flowers I have ever gotten. the flowers are fresh and after a week look beautiful.
