furnace stopped working overnight. It was a cold, windy winter morning and the temperature in my house had dropped to 59 degrees. I called for an emergency repair around 4:30am and a service operator was available to take my call. Within a half hour a technician called back to say he could be here within an hour. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. The heat was back on before 6:30am. I so appreciate the quick response and the great service!

Jordan came out on a cold evening when I had been told by other providers wouldn’t be able to get to me till the next day. Quick, professional and importantly managed to diagnose and fix the immediate issue. Offered good advice on servicing boiler and also on demand hot water heater. Arranged to order replacement aqua stat for speedy replacement.
I am considering it strongly. Bob was a great conversationalist. Very professional but personable as well. I will be making a decision by end of week. Bob set the standards high so we will take that into consideration for the next professional we have.
