Excellent program. Senor A. Pena is the Director. In a matter of weeks they are able to introduce a student to music for the 1st time and teach them to read music, play a string instrument, sing based on musical staff notes and learn drumming. Their goal is to teach all inner city youth music and how to play an instrument. The program is based on a program started in Venezuela \El Systema\.
