My water heater (radiant) was making loud gargling whooshing noise. It sounded as if there was a river going through my house. I chose Tonna to check out my water boiler system. Tonna sent \James\ to my house. Being a new homeowner I was unfamiliar with how to even operate the heater system. James took the time to educate and show me how to correctly use my water heater. He had all the patience in the world to answer all my questions. James figured out there was air bubbles in the boiler system. James flushed out the air bubbles and cleaned the boiler. He told me his honest professional opinion on the state of my heater, which I appreciate. He was very informative with all of the procedures he was doing as he did maintenence on the heater. Along with great service I got educated! I recommend using Tonna! They were able to schedule me the next day after I placed the call. However, after he left there was still some gurgling noise. I messaged Tonna on their website and \Kim\ was very understanding about my disappointment on still having air in the system. I was afraid I would have to pay another 600 to have everything done over. Kim assured me I would be okay and they would send someone over as soon as it would work with my schedule. James came back and drained and filled the water heater- at no extra cost!! I was very appreciate that they took my concern seriously and did their absolute best to make me a happy customer! I will absolutely be using Tonna again in the future if I am to have any future problems with my water heater. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Tonna!

We called Tonna when our air conditioning unit went out at the beginning of the summer. My husband knew it needed replaced and they sent a representative within the hour who gave us all the options as well as added some refrigerant to help us get by. We priced a couple of other companies and Tonna’s was the most competitive. We chose the package to replace the furnace along with the air conditioning. Everything was completed within a week. Thanks Tonna for a very easy and seamless experience!

Working with Tonna was a breath of fresh air after my experience with another HVAC place in Roch. Tonna was always super professional, they spent at least a half hour getting information and measurements to quote a complete new system. Never tried to upsell me. They also have a very good process and outstanding communication for a company like this. Install was really smooth, on time, and looks really good. Prices were fair and honestly I just never thought I could have such a good experience with an HVAC company. Keep training your tech well, it shows!!!
