Amateur deliverance of the “news.” I’ve lived all around the country and this is the worst news team overall. Please replace Maureen McGuire-she’s lame, quiet & unbelievably unkempt. She looks like she hates her job and it’s extremely difficult for me to listen to her speak. She always sounds tired and I can’t imagine her being anything short of miserable off set. Hire someone who’s enthusiastic and lights up the room. I’m not sure why she got the position in the first place.

I would give no stars if it were possible! WROC set up an interview with someone I know and when he called to confirm the appointment the man who set up the interview HUNG UP ON HIM TWICE!! When he emailed him asking if the interview was still happening the email he got back was so informal stating that \after further review he wasn't qualified for the role\ WROC had no intention of alerting him that the interview had been cancelled and the audacity to hang up rather than professionally state they went in a different direction is appalling. I am extremely disappointed to see this kind of behavior in Rochester and the professionalism at WROC should seriously be reevaluated.

WROC company vehicle #804 (Ford Escape) tailgated my family down East ave. We were traveling the speed limit. The rush for the WROC employee in a WROC vehicle? Liquor store, just couldn’t get there fast enough.

Are your producers kidding...or just plain stupid? Re: the lilac fest....how can you show video of “fest tents” offering repulsive food to the suburban idiots? These people could care less about the floral event....and you are stupid to concentrate on the “bloom’in onion” as opposed to the beauty of the event...LILACS...your producers and camera staff are idiots!! BTW: I look exclusively to CBS for my best news resource. Clean up your (local) act, dammit!
