Got a great deal on a guitar and the staff was very helpful and accommodating! They even gave me a gig bag when I went back in there even though I forgot the model of my guitar (some models have bags included, others don't). Great customer service and I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy musical instruments/accessories in this area.

Awesome store! Designed to satisfy all artist from beginners to professionals. This staff was very great and the prices were outstanding. The appearance of the store was inviting and relaxing. My family really enjoyed shopping at Rock Bottom.
When you go in, whether you are looking for simple guitar picks or an entire new rig, the staff is always ready to point you in the right direction and set you up with the gear to suit your budget and needs. If you have questions, they'll always offer their expertise in a helpful, professional manner. Will definitely come back in the future!
I can't express how amazing my experience with Rock Bottom has been the past 2 days in a row! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products of which I was inquiring. I forgot an item in the store on Saturday, and came back on Sunday and they still had it waiting for my return. I'm usually an online shopper, but I'll be frequenting Rock Bottom at any location they open!
Really starting to love Rock Bottom since they moved. I've never been much of a fan of them until the move to Washington. Since they moved, the drum selection has gone through the roof! I called on Wednesday with an issue with my kit. They didn't have the part but will have it to me on Friday! Friendly staff and great drum selection. P.S. I still have to take my guitar business to Center Stage!

The guys here are super friendly, Keith in particular knows a ton about guitars and can help pair you with one that fits you best! Also decent selection of guitars. Great store all around!
