We are certainly satisfied with Brother's Flooring. We have used them several times. They are so helpful when you go into the store & try to choose something. Their workers show up on time & keep you informed what is going on. I am sure we will use them again on another project.

Not at all satisfied. I called a week ago and spoke to Sandy about seeing if we could get laminate floor to finish our bedroom project. We've used Brother's in the past. Was told she'd look up account and call me back. Never heard anything back. Took my business elsewhere.
