Stopped in to start the process of getting suits for my daughter's upcoming wedding. James provided great service and was more than happy to help us. He set up the group plan for my son-in-law's family to get measured up in Raleigh,NC and out on the coast. Great experience. Thanks.

We made an appointment to get fitted for and purchase suits. While being helped, the female attendant working brought a couple in between us and asked us to move so they could look at shirts. Rude the entire time. The guy who helped us was great. We won’t be back to the Rock Hill, SC location, if we decide to visit another MW again. Not impressed.

This shop is open now, and they were extremely helpful with answering my questions and putting my mind at ease with my wedding. Things are strange and there's a lot unknown in these pandemic days, and they were really understanding that my wedding plans can change at a moment's notice, too. It's refreshing that every employee was wearing a mask, and the one who helped us wore gloves. My father is medically high risk, and when he went to get fitted, he felt safe. I even saw the lady clean the tape measure. Be prepared to wear a mask, too, as they will enforce it for everyone, which made me pretty happy, as not many stores aren't right now.

My fiancé and I had been in the store before to look at suits for our upcoming wedding. In doing so, pictures of the wedding dress were shown to the clothier that was assisting us seeing as it is colored and difficult to coordinate - the fiancé did not see pictures or hear details for obvious reasons. Later, we brought in a tie that color matched the dress (fiancé just thought it was one of the wedding colors and nothing more) in hopes to find a corresponding pocket square. The same clothier that helped us earlier in the summer to buy the suit disclosed the color of the wedding dress and when I attempted to deny what he was saying he insisted he had seen pictures of it... in front of the groom to be. One of the most well known traditions is that the groom shouldn’t know any details regarding the bridal dress. We now have one more surprise ruined in addition to the many others COVID-19 has already caused (Fall 2020 wedding).
