I have a 3 year old Trane furnace that wasn't working, and no one I had look at it before them could figure out why. It was indeed baffling but they researched and made all kinds of calls to get to the bottom of it. I have heat! They even followed up with me to make sure all was still in good working order!

This was my second time using Rock Spring Mechanical Services and I can't recommend them enough! The technicians and customer service representatives I interacted with were friendly, polite, and professional, and helped me get my HVAC problem taken care of quickly. The technician who came out to the property took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my unit and corrected the issue at hand for a very fair price. Since this was a rental property, the front office followed up with a receipt and statement in the mail. Great job by the Rock Spring team!

I have an Amana heat pump that's 15 years old. It had been working fine until we had a few power outages yesterday. I called Rock Spring Mechanical on a Friday morning at 7:55 am after my home A/C unit stopped cooling the night before. I spoke with an answering service, and while I didn't have a bad experience, I wasn't sure that I would hear from anyone today. I was wrong. So wrong. Literally at 7:58 am, Jeff called me. He asked a few questions about the problem and recent effectiveness of the A/C. He said he'd be out within the hour. He was at my door at 8:15 am! After looking at a few things over 15 minutes or so, he thought we needed a new capacitor. He didn't have one on his truck that fit my unit. I was redirecting him to say he'd order one. But no, he said he'd go to Edgewood supply and pick one up. He was back by 9:45 am. By 10:30 am, he was done. Cold A/C was blowing! I was not only impressed with the incredibly fast assessment of the problem, but the repair and the price. Jeff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use them again, and I highly recommend them. Thank you Jeff!
