Buy your piano here! I've purchased my last two pianos from Rockaway and I would never buy one from anyone else. Their service is unmatched. Andy is as good as it gets, I was recently having a minor issue with my piano and he called me personally on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. The entire staff is extremely nice, the prices are very competitive (in fact, nobody has been able to match their prices the last two times I purchased a piano)....overall just a great experience. I wouldn't buy a piano without giving them a chance for your business.

Can't speak highly enough of Rockaway Music! Bought a Clavinova CLP 635 as my first digital piano! The experience was amazing! Andy was super knowledgeable and super nice as he helped how to choose the piano. Movers are very professional in assembling and delivery (and, due to COVID-19, they did wear masks & gloves of course)! Happy to have Rockaway Music in the NJ neighborhood!

We had a really good experience at Rockaway Piano. We were looking for a Yamaha electronic piano... After reading some store reviews (some comparing the process to buying a car), and doing some online homework, we were happy to find a store that wasn't pushy or sleazy. And they not only had the full range of Yamaha models to choose from, but they actually knew about them all. Brent was our salesman, and he was very helpful: he answered all our questions, let me sit and play every model in the category to really understand the differences, and didn't hover or push. He said he was there merely to instruct and inform us, and he did exactly that- and did so extremely well. We returned after three visits to make the purchase with Andy, the owner. He, too, was very professional and the transaction (including financing the purchase) went quickly and smoothly. They did something interesting and very smart - they gave us the serial number upon purchase, took the new boxed piano out of its box in the warehouse, put it together, loaded it with all the included music downloads, then tested it before delivery. We thought this was a terrific bit of customer service, to do all of this for us. And to top it off, they very generously added some additional music downloads they thought we'd like. All in all, we highly recommend going to Rockaway Piano- they have an extensive inventory of acoustic and electronic pianos, good sales staff, a good selection of sheet music, AND they offer lessons. One stop shopping!
