Terrible customer service, spent more than 100 buying a hookah and some vapes. Sales rep was under some influence, not helpful at all and rude. Dropped the hookah piece as he was wrapping it as we saw him. Also sold me a faulty vape and instead of replacing as this was recently purchased, refused -and told me to follow up with manufacturer. Again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, what is the purpose of a brick and mortar if not for the customer experience, to tell me to deal w/ the manufacturer makes your store have no purpose! Never coming here again will go to GoodGuy Vapes instead or Serenity in Ledgewood for future service and sales. Or even better yet, buy online!
