Just visited the store because I’m repainting my entire basement. Went in looking for help I knew what color but that was it I didn’t know anything about quality levels, finishes, etc. When being helped by Joe he didn’t seem interested in helping me at all wouldn’t educate me on different things when I asked about them and didn’t give any opinions to help which is why most people go into the store. Being in the customer service industry myself I would be disgusted if my employee treated a customer this way and I think he was the manager. Avoid this store if this gentleman is working. He won’t help you chose anything and you’re better off doing your own research and ordering online.

Paint quality as good as BM, and they more often than not are running a sale. 20-50% off at times. Staff are top-notch..they ALWAYS are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
