Would give a zero out of 5 stars, if it were an option to choose from. Absolutely horrendous customer service. First time coming to this Spencers. Every other Spencers I have been to, the staff were sweet and welcoming and made customers want to come back to their stores. Figured I would stop here today since I was in the area, and needless to say, I will not be returning here due to the disrespect I encountered today with the two disrespectful staff members that worked today. If you don't like your job, quit, someone more friendly would gladly take the job I’m sure. Rude, disrespectful, nasty associates here. Please take a course in learning proper customer service.

A lot of gag and crude oddities in this store. It's not a place you bring young children but a place you bring immature adults for some unique shirts and gags.

You know something... I love Spencer’s they have everything you need to be a rebel Buuuutttt today I just tried to return a pair of earrings which I only bought like maybe 2 weeks ago that I didn’t break (I know some people do that but I don’t) and I had them less than 24 hours and the backing broke now yes I know I could go and get a new pair but they are different! Their the ones that close like a bridge and I walked up to the counter and said I was here not too long ago maybe a couple weeks ago I know it wasn’t that long ago cuz I bought these while my mom was getting her hair cut before Christmas and bought these he repeated back to me the guy LITTERALLY JUST STOOD THEIR LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY HE DIDNT EVEN TRY!!!!! I even said can I swap them out for a new pair??? Even after he said that still just stood there so I mistakenly said if u can’t do anything that’s fine and walked out with almost tears coming down my face I was so mad that he didn’t even try!!!! He did nothing didn’t call the manager didn’t try to call someone else over!!!!! I’m gonna go back or try a different one! Or call the number!
