Very misleading advertising. They do not do engraving on items you bring into the store bought elsewhere while you shop. They only do that if you purchase the item in the store! Made a special trip to have something engraved and was told it woukd take a minimum of 48 hours. Save your time and money and go to a real engraver.

When I have the money to spend, I love this store. I have gifted such beautiful pieces from this place that have made people cry. Their pieces are great quality and absolutely beautiful. It may seem expensive but the quality is amazing.
They have many good options. The things are different- you will never find these gifts anywhere else. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the prices are so high. It's hard to buy something for someone this high of a price all the time. Although the things are quality, and unique.
I went in to get a plaque for an urn box. The young man behind the counter was incredibly sweet, helpful and patient, especially with me and my grief. I’d recommend this store, and the kindness the clerk gave me really touched me in a dark time

Went in to purchase a gift for boss' 30th anniversary in business. Very pleased with the help I received and service. BTW, they have many items on sale! Worth the stop to look around.
