Extremely disappointed with the sod service provided by Rocket. It took weeks for them to actually show up and do the work agreed upon (some delays due to weather, some to other customers). At one point they agreed to be at my house the next morning so I took a day of vacation only to have them call at 10:30 to say that they had decided to schedule another customer instead of me because "they were a much bigger client." Totally unacceptable level of customer service. I will be looking elsewhere for the additional sod we need.

Called ahead for a small project they said come on over. Paid at the house and was met back at the pallet that had the sod where the loaded it right into the bed of the pickup for me. Quick, easy process and the sod looks wonderful.
