Exceptional customer service is pretty rare but that was my experience with Beanilla. When I ordered their Madagascar vanilla beans, I expected to pay duties to ship them to Canada but UPS tacked on an outrageously high custom brokerage fee. When I alerted Beanilla to this, they acted immediately and absorbed the fee themselves. Their service and their products are equally extraordinary, and I will be a customer for life.
