So I pick my dress up from the shop at the beginning of June. I need just a few alterations done so I proceeded to call and make an appointment to get them done and it took them 2 days to call me and tell me that once you picked up the dress that you can't bring it back for alterations. Said that was explained before you picked up the dress, yet no one told me that was the case. Need I remind you were still in this covid19 and they are not fully open.

I was able to find my wedding dress here! The staff was very nice and did an amazing job of listening to what I was looking for. I had a few different styles and I ended up falling in love with one that day. It was beautiful and fit me so well! The alterations were spot on!
IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE. Exactly the atmosphere every bride dreams of in a bridal boutique. There is classical music in the background, the lighting is amazing, plenty of giant mirrors, and crystal chandeliers. And it’s literally in a converted Victorian home!! Nino was amazing and incredibly helpful. Will be going back to find my bridesmaids dresses (incredible selection!!) and the groomsmen’s tuxedos. Castronovo’s is Rockford’s one-stop bridal shop. Impressed with this place all the way around.
The staff at the store are wonderful. I found the perfect mother of the groom dress there, and the alterations were done perfectly. I've gotten loads of compliments on the pictures we have shared!
Very professional here and ended up buying my dress here too. This is one of the top places to go for the perfect dress as well as awesome staff to help you every step of the way
