My wife and I would like to thank Collier RV for their exceptional customer service. We reside in Kansas and I was a little nervous when the camper my wife wanted was a few states away. Todd Johnson and the Collier RV team eased our nerves with the first phone call. When they learned that we lived out of state their team made a video and sent it to us so we could see every part of the trailer before making the trip to Illinois. Each and every staff member we came in contact with treated us as if we had been life long customers. They ensured that we were well taken care of and that our purchase met all of our expectations. Working with Collier RV was an absolute pleasure! My husband and I are from Indianapolis, IN and we found a Fifth Wheel on RV Trader that Collier RV was selling. My husband called and shared that we were traveling a long distance and if we drove all that distance we didn't want to walk into any surprises. The only surprise we had was the level of care that was given to us! We worked with three different people; a sales representative, a service technician and the business manager, all were awesome!
