When I moved to town, I did not have health insurance and needed to have a physical and a TB test performed for a pre-employment clearance. I was able to schedule an appointment with Crusader on Alpine and get in to see a Physicians Assistant. She was helpful and helped me complete my screenings. The staff was efficient in letting me know when my test results returned. Overall, I would say that Crusader was an excellent community resource for me when I was without medical insurance. COVID precautions were solid as well, which was important to me. This was the first time I had been in a medical facility during the pandemic.

This clinic has been nothing but problems when it comes to getting access to my medications, namely refill requests left without being acknowledged or sent to the pharmacy when the office has been told I am nearly out, forcing me to go days without my medications. My medications have then being sent without notifying me that they had done so, leaving me in limbo wondering when they will be sent. Not the first time I have had this issue, but it will be the last. The ONLY redeeming factor of this clinic is my doctor. If I could take her with me to another health network, I would, but at this point, the mismanagement from the rest of the staff is no longer worth it. Thank goodness it's only for my mental health and, you know, not something SERIOUS! Update: half an hour after I called to ask when my prescription would be acknowledged (and subsequently told it had been sent to the pharmacy almost 24 hours ago, on a Sunday afternoon), my doctor's nurse finally called me to let me know it had been sent, claiming they \didn't work on Friday afternoons\.
Would give zero stars if I could. Every time I go they never take my concerns seriously. The staff is soooo rude!! The doctor Jennifer Oerkefitz is so unprofessional. The whole time she had her phone out and it was going off non stop. Who gave her a diploma? She couldn’t even answer my questions. She even had the nerve to tell me to “hurry up” when she literally had me waiting for 45 minutes in the room. I asked her what caused my cyst to explode or why does it happen and she didn’t even give me an answer, basically told me she didn’t have time to explain. Overall terrible experience, they don’t take you serious, have you waiting while they’re on their phones. So unprofessional.
Service has been declining over the years. Will no longer use their services! Person named Erica sounded rude over the phone when trying to schedule an appointment and literally hughed in my ear over the phone. If you don’t like your job, quit !! Always have problems with them.
I had the best experience I have ever had at any clinic in my life, everyone was so nice, respectful and I felt 100% comfortable here.
