I have been going to Double Barrel for a couple of years now and never have had a bad time. The customer service, honesty, and knowledge has always been excellent. All honest on the amount of birds in the field and will always help you and your dog have a great experience!

I hunted 3 days and two different fields each day with my daughter and my young Griff. This is a top notch facility in beautiful rolling hill country. I appreciated the hospitality at the ranch/lodging. Joe, Alex, Tina and Dave were fantastic and being able to hunt a field by myself so I could concentrate on helping my daughter and dog was perfect. My dog probably got on 60 or 70 pheasants and the family time is priceless. Thank you! We'll be back.

What a spectacular experience. My father is a big hunter but this was my first time out. Location was easy to find, and really lovely area. The day of hunting was fun, we were directed were the birds were placed and just jumped right in. The owner actually made the whole thing so much more amazing by coming out with one of his pups after we had trouble locating any birds. We had such a fabulous time, we came back the next day! So two days of hunting. Second time was even better than the first. Also use the bird room to clean your birds! Super clean and so convenient. For me since I am so new to the sport, it was a perfect introduction and I absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to come back in March!

Had a great time hunting with my dad and my 7 month pup! Came down to visit from Alaska and found Double Barrel Ranch. Joe was helpful in setting up a successful hunt for us. Was just looking to get my young dog on some birds and we definitely did that!! It was a great experience for my pup as well as me and my dad. We will definitely be back and plan on spending a few days hunting at Double Barrel Ranch!

I’ve been here twice, once for just a hunt and another for a couple of days with the hunt. The house is nice with plenty of beds. The event center has a barbecue, griddle, fire pit and plenty of seating for groups. They have a place to shoot clays and the guides and dogs are fantastic. It’s a great experience for the new and experienced hunters. Come on out and Joe and his crew will take care you.
