Video selection is great! Customer service is amazing but the quality of the dvds is rather poor. Unfortunately more often then not the disc skip,are scratched and in poor condition.

This is so cool. They have all new releases and so many old classics. It's like stepping back into childhood.
Love that there is still somewhere you can still go in and pick out a video. Good selection and great prices.
I love this place. I hope they get a better anchor then marcos pizza that imo messed this business up a bit. Support your local video store!
I appreciate the little things that individuals are required to do based on their employers requirements for that position, especially if they fall under the category's REPETITIVE and/or ANNOYING because it takes a dedicated and appreciative employee to do their job every day the same way no matter what personal issues they may have. With that said, I look forward to being greeted when I walk into Family Video but this time I was looked at and ignored. She was knowledgeable when she answered our question about a movie we couldn't find but her attitude when answering us was short, dry and questionably rude. That question was answered when we paid for our movies and said thank you, she replied with a glare and said nothing. We love that good old fashion movie renting is still an option in this "EVERYTHING YOU WANT AT YOUR FINGER TIPs"-ERA and the place was satisfactory but with service like that, no wonder machines are taking our jobs.

Great place to rent a movie. Also they have free movies for the kids which to me that's really good. Their staff is always friendly.
There's a couple people that work there that just aren't that friendly. I think the late fees are a little much. you need to have more copies of newer movies
