Very disappointing experience. Inquired about a vehicle that was online and they let me know over the phone that it had sold. Which I understood completely as it was a great deal. But the dealership is an hour away so that was the only reason I was going to make the trip. I then was told, over the phone, that they had more inventory. So I told them what I was looking for and they let me know about another vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for and in my budget. I then was assured that even though some vehicles may be out of my budget, they are having their “clearance event” so could work with me on those higher priced vehicles which I was excited about. So I drive over an hour to the dealership to check out the vehicle I was told about over the phone that was a “perfect” match. It was the exact opposite of what we discussed over the phone. So i looked at the rest of the inventory and was asking questions and the salesman couldn’t even provide me with a price on ANY of them. His advice was to “check the website” which was not up to date with their current inventory so it was not helpful at all. Once i was able to get the prices, there was nothing even remotely close to my budget on the used car lot. So I asked the salesman if there was any flexibility on the higher priced vehicles since I made the trip. He then proceeded to tell me that “the woman I spoke to just answers the calls, she doesn’t know what she is talking about. I will maybe be able to shave off 100.” I was very excited to get my vehicle appraised, get help from an exceptional and knowledgeable salesman, and find my new truck that I was told about. None of that seemed to happen today and I was disappointed overall after taking the hour drive and hearing such great things about the dealership.

A flawless car purchase! I could not be more happy about the level of professionalism, yet down to earth, service I received while purchasing my very first brand new car ever on Saturday, 2/8/2019! Shari, Shain and Dennis were some ALL-STARS for sure. My husband and I were still talking about them this morning, and the excellent customer service we received.

Lou Bachrodt has the worst customer service. I spoke with a Roberta and wow! She has no idea how to do her job. For example, the first time I spoke to her, she was very inconsistent with explaining what is wrong with the car. She tries to explain that she has been in this industry for twenty years but sounds like she just started yesterday. Then when we tried to call to check status on the car, we called her 15 times just to get status on the car and never get a call back. We ended up paying an astronomical amount for simple maintenance repairs. We actually took the car and went to another dealership to finish the actual issue that was meant to be repaired. We got some help from the dealership that sold us the car and they saved us 500.00 for the same repair. Roberta- Quit your day!

Courtney was amazing, she got me in for an appointment for my oil change quickly and when I arrived she was right there checking me in. She kept in contact with me the whole time I was there and followed up afterwards. Could not have asked for a better Experience. Thank you Courtney.
