Called Morton in Rockford MI to get a quote on a 60x120 pole barn erected on my farm. The woman who answered the phone and took an immense amount of information about me, contact numbers, why I called Morton etc. I was finally transferred me to the salesman who covers my area. I explained to Aaron [I think was his name] what I wanted, Told him I would like to start construction as soon as possible, asked for his suggestions and detailed how the building was going to be used. Aaron said he would get to a computer and call me back with some pricing options later that day. That was many days ago and like most pole barn pirates he couldn't be bothered to call me back. I thought I would pay the premium price that Morton demands to get service and responsiveness. These people are no different than the rest of the fly by night wannabes. The good news is I you like getting emails about the superiority of Morton's buildings (that they aren't interested in selling) this is where to get them. Oh yeah they don't respond to reply messages asking when someone is going to quote a building for me. The big question....... They claim to have a great warranty. If they can't be bothered to collect my check for 100,000 to build a barn, I wonder how they would handle a warranty call?
