Employees extremely friendly and try to help however the can they deserve 5 stars but other then that. My experience with receiving a desk been nothing but horrible. No one could get a hold of the shipping company. On top of that the shipping company kept pushing the delivery date back. If and when possible make sure you buy something in store.

This place is amazing but hidden from view with very friendly helpful staff especially in the printing department. Since ive been filing federal rights cases, up until recently I used Kinkos down the street. This place should give Kinkos lessons on how to treat customers in a Covid world. If you are older or require assistance with your printing needs this is the place to be in Rockford. Thanks Jessica, Bree and Store manager Dan who unlocked early to let me in on a cold February morning while im under a deadline on a emergency filing.Thanks again.

There call direction bot doesn't direct you to anything. Just keeps repeating options endlessly
This place is pretty well stocked but the employees are another story. I really wish they'd just focus on completing the checkout process. I understand that the store isn't busy, but it'd be helpful if they just did their jobs.
