They started a project of sawing/ripping out concrete and replacing underground pipes right outside my bedroom door at 7:15am this morning (Saturday) without letting me know it was going to happen beforehand. I went and talked with one of the workers outside my house and told him that I was frustrated about this and he responded very businesslike: “I understand but we’re within the city codes for noise.” First off, those codes need to be changed. But second and more applicable to this review, who comes and does a very loud project outside someone’s house close to 7am on a Saturday and doesn’t let them know? This is the only day I have to sleep in so getting up at 7 throws my whole weekend off. Would love to see you guys be a little more considerate of other people’s time and schedules, especially when they don’t fit with yours. Update: got a call from a supervisor explaining that they usually call to let people know and they did not this time for some reason and he apologized several times. I really appreciated his call and customer service he provided for me, as well as telling me that they would be coming back next week, so at least I could prepare.
