Jay was such a warm and welcoming personality and despite having issues with my payment, he was patient and so friendly. The choice of furniture and options are far better than any other furniture store in Rockford. To top it off, the staff gives you suggestions based on your choice, which somehow clicked pretty week for me. I think I’ve not only bought my furniture from the store, I also made a friend at the store( I think Jay was a store manager and I think I appreciate his level of professionalism after visits to other furniture stores) . But yes a definite recommendation for your furniture needs. A A service.

Jay came over and took care of us. We let him know we were there the week prior right before close and he let us explore since we only had ten minutes last week. We ended up landing on two sectionals we really liked, and my wife and finally chose one after Jay gave us amazing space and availability when we had questions. He was extremely patient with our questions seeing as we needed an exact type of measurement and style for our sectional. With the custom order, he set us the expectation of the long delays (thanks, Covid), but at this point we were already well aware of what to expect. Overall, pleasant and professional, plus our four year old enjoyed his friendly company. Go look for him for your furniture needs!

Love this place and this brand very high quality furniture for good prices. Knowledgeable staff, Jay was very helpful. They know their furniture, unlike the majority of furniture stores out there now. Drove 1.3 hours each way to get here that’s how worth it I find the experience
