I purchased a kit from this business either in 2016 or 2017, it has been a while. I was going to build a hovercraft for a school project. I wanted to start early, and buy the materials early, but I was delayed for almost 6 months because they did not want to sell me the kit. Hence I ended up with less than 10 weeks to build the hovercraft. When I was finally able to make the purchase I was given a quote and brought a cashier's check. The owner was nowhere to be found, and I ended up having to pay a few extra hundred dollars cash to the person giving me the supplies. Because I did not have enough time to build a hovercraft in 10 weeks and do my school work, as well as doing it all by myself, all I ended up doing was hurting myself when trying to put the platform together. Plus upon my purchase they tried to get me to pay a subscription fee, which then continued for about a month afterwards, which would have included \help\ videos. But in reality because of the delay there was no hope, and after the project failed for the class, I had no interest in building a hovercraft if it was not for a class because I had no interest in it whatso ever. Hence I just have a prop, some destroyed foam and plywood, and a motor I never even took out of the box all taking up space. This purchase was a huge regret, and I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they were purchasing a finished product.

It has been almost two years since I put a deposit on a new Renegade, still no delivery. Bill Zang has promised delivery multiple times and failed to deliver. He will occasionally return a call or email but seldom do I receive a reply. I do not know how they stay in business. If I ever take delivery of my new unit, I hate to think if I ever had problems and needed parts etc. I probably would receive the same treatment . I was once very excited about the hovercraft, but at this point I would rather have my 17,000.00 deposit refunded. Miserable experience and would give a minus rating on a review if I could. Finally got my unit delivered, extras were included free because of the delay. Unit was as promised, worth the wait!! Steve Clifford
