Von was very knowledgeable and helpful helping my girlfriend and I select some new cues. We even played a game of pool with him and his friend. I recommend his place to everyone.

Vonn was great. Wasn't pushy with trying to sell me a stick. Explained the different brands of sticks and gave me the time and space to make the best choice for myself. Made buying my first pool stick a great experience.

Ordered a pool stick, came in the store after a week and a half of ordering to find it sitting on the table with no top half. Gives me a top half I take it home and it's already worped......call him back to get another re-ordered....another 2 weeks after re-ordering I finally go in because I had called twice to check on the stick and was basically cut off and hung up on both times.....i get there and it was there and doing the same thing already worped......tried arguing with me saying that the stick quality is what the problem is......pretty sad when i went to Wal-Mart and bought 4 sticks and were perfect no imperfections......will never do business with vons again!
