Worked with salesperson Atari Ratliff and was very pleased with the experience. When we began negotiating on a car, the process was pretty standard. Ultimately, knowing the dealership will always win, I was satisfied with the deal. The dealership was pleasant and attention was paid to safety protocols (masks and social distancing) most of the time. There were several show room employees who weren't wearing masks, but most were. I was shown how the basics of the new vehicle worked in a o touch\ manner by Mr. Ratliff, something that was appreciated. This was my first experience with Champion Lincoln and, so far, I'm very satisfied and look forward to an ongoing relationship with this dealer. Update: Had a tire issue and called for an appointment. Had forgotten all that comes with a Lincoln! They came, picked my car up, left a car to drive, and returned it when the tire was fixed. Didn't have to lift a finger! This is a service that was in the advertising and talked about during the sale, but I didn't really think it would be this easy. I'm growing more and more pleased with my purchase from this dealership!

I inquired about a 2020 Raptor yesterday at 10am and received a response from a woman named Peggy Welke stating that the truck was in fact available and I immediately responded and stated that I had a trade and was looking for a trade number. I waited and waited and received no response so I emailed her again and stated that I wanted to get a trade number and that I was willing to send any information that they need for the trade evaluation. She responds saying that I had to fill out a trade form to get a tough idea of my trade value and she send me a link. Turns out that the link was for Champion Ford in Iowa. I didn’t realize that until hours later and then I emailed them again with no response until today at approximately 1200 hours stating that the vehicle was not available but that they had a used 2018. I have purchased many cars over the years and have never had an experience like this. If they had responded to my requests in a reasonable amount of time and the vehicle was not available I would not be upset but yo drag this on for a complete day and then send me the wrong link for a trade evaluation is completely unacceptable.
