My last few experiences have been terrible. Rude service, order was incorrect. They never have any cup holders. I buy multiple orders and they mad me drinks out the window no cup holder. I really want to get 5 cups and hold them while I drive home. They play and dance at the window. Their customer service is lacking. Its clear that the management have no control or they are the ones leading the staff incorrectly.
I am giving this Cook Out 5 stars because of the walk up window employee. I lost my receipt so I do not have her name. However, we visited this location on Friday, Aug.7 around 2ish. We were driving our camper home from vacation and the employee did an excellent job helping us. She gave us enough condiments, etc she had such a pleasant demeanor. Thank you!
