4 stars because you should always have room for improvement...The new store is a bit tighter in some spots than others but they have so much more than before! I have been a customer for years and the owners and staff work with you. They have welcoming, helpful attitudes and a wide variety of decorative choices, solids and character themed party goods. The biggest assortment in Richmond Co. They wholesale food items as well as implements necessary for food production, service and distribution. Recently they have added costuming. All ages, sizes and I'd say just about every style one could want. I enjoy shopping at locally owned and operated establishments and this is one of my favorites to simply browse through.

We went to j&l' s to get plates etc. The staff was great. They took their time and helped us pick out different colors that went well together. Also if you buy a certain amount you get a discount which is an added bonus to the friendly and helpful staff.
