I was not Lucero's. I was at the Treasure shop. The Treasure shop is a store that raises money for the American Cancer Society. They take donations of clothing an pretty much anything that is worth having, then they turn it over an resale it to make money to help with the right against cancer.

Very very poor service.. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!! None of my groomsman suits fit after taking time for lady to measure.. for some stupid reason when I ordered my groomsman suit and shoes, the lady changed my shoe style and ordered a completely different shoe. Now I'm 2 days before my wedding and one of my groomsman suit doesn't fit. The lady ordered the wrong size shoe and now wont have in time for my wedding. The bosslady help has no clue what is going on in the store when asked about your order.. they are never there on time at there store after clearly on the door states specific open times.. this experience has been a catastrophe!! Beware!!!!!!!

If I could give this place -1 stars I would. I came to the owner of this store around the end of March to order my prom dress. I came back the next week, to order. She told me that my dress would be back in one week. It didn’t come back in a week it came back in 9-10 days if they ordered in the WRONG SIZE! Okay, she said it was some confusion in the order and that she will have the right size that following week. Okay, we come back on day out the week( Friday April 27 ) , the DRESS WAS IN THE WRONG SIZE AGAIN!! Then she went on on it wasn’t her fault it was the company’s fault. So she told us to come back Monday. We came back the following Monday ( April 30 ) and the dress didn’t return saying the dress will be back the next afternoon when she didn’t even tell us that the dress will be back the afternoon. And when we asked for our money back ( our 100 deposit ) she said she had to charge us 32 for the shipping of the dress because she already ordered it! Mean while, she’s charging us shipping for a dress I HAVEN’T EVEN GOT YET! The woman that owns that store has no professionalism and doesn’t not know how to run a business. Please DO NOT ORDER YOUR TUX OR DRESS FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE YOU LIKE GIVING AWAY MONEY! Summary: Dress didn’t come back in time after the multiple times we came to check on the dress and got charged for it . Not professional .
