I called and spoke to Tom and sent him pictures of the job that I needed done.He estimated the job to be finished in 2-3 weeks ,but was sending someone to look at myn sign in 5-7 days.He was very quick to take a credit card deposit and stated that they wouldn't even come out to look at the job without a deposit.After one week had passed,I called to see if one of his crew had come to see the sign.His response was ,you're already coming done on me by calling ,so I thimk that I'll turn down the job.My suggestion to the public is don't bother.His main concern is getting the money fast and customer response questions then mean nothing and he'll string you out and cop out of the job.Very unprofessional and pathetic.25 years in business means nothing if the company doesn't understand the basic principles of courtesy and customer service.If he did it for free ,I wouldn't even consider the company.Take the stautue of liberty down and replace it with a sign \UNRELIABLE
