My daughters health insurance set up a ride with this company for a urgent appointment we were told the driver would arrive between 10am and 1015am. Instead we received a call the driver was here at 805am so we stated we’d be a few minutes to get ready. We were done in 10 min went out front and the driver was gone he said he’d wait and didn’t and marked us as a no show. When calling this company to advise of the situation the lady was rude and hung up. Don’t use them they are irresponsible not reliable and rude

THIS TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IS THE LITERAL G-D WORST. I work at an assisted living facility and somehow my poor residents keep getting assigned this sad excuse for a company. They are unreliable, unprofessional, RUDE when you try to call. And on more than one occasion, just NOT SHOWED UP when the resident who needs to go out is going out for an essential/life saving procedure. If you can void it, don't use this company. Save yourself the stress and anger later on when they treat badly and rudely. Two giant middle fingers to this transport company
Horrible service. After dropping my 87 year old grandmother and her nurse off at her Dr appt. The driver never showed back up to pick them them up. He left them stranded for hours after her Dr visit. He left us no phone number to call him. Called the main number and the lady was rude and hung up on me. The driver finally called the Dr office back and said he wasn't coming and they had to find there own way back. Do not use this company.
My sister had a very important OBGYN appointment today, to find out if she needs to do deliver at 37 weeks or not. the driver went to the wrong house and never bothered to call and decided to cancel the trip of his own accord.
The owner of this company us greedy they should not let him put 4 to 5 people in one car specially at this time of covid .I don't blame it on the drivers is all on the boss.Yesterday i got picked up at 1130 and had to drive around for 2 ours because the owner kept adding people at one time there were 5 people in the car eventually he doesn't care about his costumers or drivers only his money. Need to be reported
