First time to the store. We had an awesome experience, the young lady measured both of my son’s feet getting him the perfect size (half size difference in his feet). Friendly and knowledgeable!

I special-ordered a custom jersey for Christmas (they also helped add name & number to another jersey I purchased elsewhere) - last minute and they came through for me with excellent customer service. Allen did a great job along with the help of Gabby and I’ll have one happy kiddo come Christmas. Much appreciated!
Good soccer shoes selection, friendly helpful service
Went in after trying different sport stores for my big feet. I wear size 16 so no one had mine. These guys were about to help out with appropriate combination of soccer cleats and even gave me a free sock and more recommendations. Overall awesome experience and friendly people.
If I could give this store a lower score I would. We purchased our team uniform here for Roseville Soccer. If I had an option to go to another store for our uniforms, I would have left right away. I asked for help when we arrived -- there were two customers and two helpers in the store. With this 1:1 ratio I would have expected to get good service. I had to keep asking the boy to help us to come back so I could ask him questions and get help fitting my son for cleats. This store staff member would help for a little while and then he would disappear. Even though I said that I had a lot of questions, we just couldn't get him to stay and help us. Next, they had run out of sizes for cleats and there was only one pair of cleats that fit my son. Just after I paid for the shoes I noticed dirt on the cleats... the store had charged me full price for cleats that had already been worn and had been returned!!! I returned those. My 12 year old son by this time had to go to the bathroom so badly that he almost peed his pants. The store was closing and we were the last customers in the store. I asked if he could use the bathroom in the store since he was practically in tears in pain and they refused to let him use the bathroom. . . common' you will turn away a child who is in pain? Instead, they sent us to a restaurant next door but THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED!!!... I came back inside the store and explained that the restaurant was closed and asked a second time if my son could use the toilet. They refused again even after I had just spent nearly 200 in the store. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN UNLESS I'M FORCE TO GO THERE FOR UNIFORMS. THEY HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!! No matter what kind of quality the merchandise is, if I am not treated well, I don't return. Stay away from this store if you want good service.
Each time we've been to Kombat Soccer, the service has been great. I believe one of the owner's (lady) was helping my daughter for over an hour and was patient and polite all the while helping others but never skipped a beat with her service to us. Would much rather give our business to a mom/pop place then a big box store!

Came into store to get our uniform for our competitive soccer team and they had every thing there on the hangar. They were able to put the iron on's on and we were out the door in about 15mins. The girls that were there were very helpful. We've used Kombat for our uniforms for 7 yrs and love the new way to get uniforms with them. I will only shop Kombat.
