The management is Rude, Was in there practicing law, without a BAR card. Saying that the law says he can sell me a vehicle for the full amount, then I asked what law and he says, oh I don't know off hand, and that was the manager. Actually told me take my business elsewhere. Very Unproffessional and is Discriminatory. Just because I am native American. And am not required to have a State Drivers License, he told me he would sell me a car. I have never met such disrespectful managers. I showed up to tender payment for the full amount of the car, and was told he would not sale me a car unless I had a Georgia drivers license. He was not negotiable, and very rude. I told the manager I would just call a tow truck, he refused to accept my tender, and threatened me to \have me moved\. Very unsatisfied and will never recommend them to anyone.

Helped me find the car I really wanted, very friendly staff, clean building, and creates a great, positive environment even when faced with an ugly situation with an upset customer (caused by reasons created by the customer, not by the establishment). Really enjoyed the experience and getting to know those I interacted with
DO NOT get your car from this place! I found out TWO days AFTER i bought my car from there, that it had NO oil. I had to take it back so they could put oil in it. they DO NOT make it a TOP PRIORITY to service their cars.... I’ve had this car for three months now.... there was a roaring noise since i bought the car and they’re response to that was, “that’s how all juke nissans sound”. but three months later, it broke down, so Today, I had to take my car to Heritage Nissan in Rome ga, (because allstar moters told me too after i had told them about the issues i was having) and they told me i had a BLOWN ENGINE. the manager of Allstar Motor said he wasn’t gonna worry about it, and it wasn’t his problem. this is TERRIBLE BUSINESS.
