These folks have a phenomenal selection and a welcoming classic hardware store atmosphere. Everyone I've ever dealt with here has been friendly and knowledgeable, but Mark really takes the cake. Every time I need technical advice or something pretty off-the-wall Mark offers great insight. My favorite store in town by far!

They have some good products by the looks of it, but the employees don't seem to have a clue as to what's going on at all. After waiting for awhile, one guy sent me to the front to place an order, and that guy didn't know why and sent me back. Only one guy offered to help me, but didn't know anything (prices, species, dimensions). I wasted a few more mins before I just gave up and went to Home Depot instead. I try to support local businesses, but they sometimes lack customer service skills and proper training.
