Locally owned by a long standing, caring, genuine woman who believes in the importance of community and the power of moving your body. My very shy daughter started dancing at three years old with KMC and she has always been listened to and given space to feel out every new situation without feeling rushed or judged. The teachers have been a safe place and positive influence on my tiny dancer and the discipline they teach has been a continuation of my own parenting principles. My daughter was always a dancer but with the wonderful staff at KMC she now flits around the house with grace and poise and has gained the self confidence and courage to perform before hundreds of people. I recommend this studio for parents who want their child(ren) to have a foundation in self discipline, self expression, and dance without the staunch formality of a traditional, militaristic studio.
