I’d never been to this spa but I LOVED it and will be returning. I got a perfect gel manicure as well as a 10 minute massage. The possibilities are endless and it’s totally affordable. They also gave me a coupon for my next visit!!! I’m so pleased. EDIT: for 50 you can become a member and get 20% off all services! I love this place.
My nails look still perfect after two weeks dipping powder gel .Everyone was very nice and made you feel welcomed. Afterwards I got my legs waxed. Though I wanted to cry, cuz it hurt!! But I love the results! Definitely coming back!
After a bad experience there just yesterday, I will not be returning. I dared to criticize a service. The staff became very cold to me. And the lady at the desk criticized the amount of my tip! Rude! Some of the staff wear face masks, as if the customers were diseased. And it is very hard to describe what you want because of the language challenges. I don’t feel comfortable there.
Not sure how you mess up a 65 pedicure but they did. My pedicure included at 20min foot massage. Trust me I needed one today. The tech was so busy watching the stop clock that she manage to do what I thought was impossible...mess up a foot massage. HoW...WhY? This was the worse. They barely cleaned my feet properly. I'm literally writing this while I'm still in the chair. No bother telling her how bad this is because no one speaks english in here. :-(
