A positive experience overall. The recruiter I had the pleasure of working with is Collin. He made sure I was all prepared and set from the beginning of the contract to the end. He'll give you exactly the information you need for a great interview and will continuously check in with you throughout the job to make sure you have everything to be successful. I would recommend trusting him and Aerotek with your time.

I work my job through areotek and I been very happy at work and with the way that areotek has help me find employment.
A recruiter reached out to me during quarantine regarding available positions at local pharma companies. Twice a week she would call me with updates, usually very redundant about how the “manager” was going to send my resume over or make a call. I don’t know that he or she ever did their part. Suddenly, I am no longer getting calls and no one is answering my calls even when voicemails are left. If I’m not fit for the position then have the decency to inform me ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU REACHED OUT TO ME during a pandemic. A couple weeks later, a different recruiter called me and warned me that the Rockville office is known for this behavior. Needless to say, I will NEVER consider using Aerotek as a staffing agency.
I have had a great experience with Aerotek. The recruiter that I am linked to was so consistent in looking for a suitable position for me. We were in touch every week to get updates on new positions and/or feedback from positions for which my resume was submitted and he was never tired of listening to me. I’ve had such a pleasant experience since becoming employed through Aerotek in January. Aerotek has truly revealed themselves as an industry leader in recruitment and staffing.
