I contracted American Custom Contractors to replace the roof and siding on my house. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, professionalism and responsiveness of the project managers involved with the project. Overall the process was very smooth from the time I had my first meeting with Mike to organizing the project with Evan and finally getting it all done with Tim. They were instrumental in making sure my project was done to my satisfaction and they took personal pride in making sure everything was done perfectly. I certainly recommend them for your future projects.

American Custom Contractors was great throughout the process of buying and installing our new roof. They guided us through making an insurance claim and getting insurance approval. Leading up to the install, they let me know when materials were ordered and when they would be able to install. I received phone calls from Tim the Forman on our job. He was great communicating with us. At the end he and I did a walk through. His crew did an exceptional job from start to finish. We couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend them.

Working with American Customs was a true pleasure. The management and staff were great. They communicated constantly throughout estimates, planning, answering questions, oversight, installation (including adjusting for adjusting for weather), making suggestions, on-time work and working into extended days to accomplish the job, cleanup, and reveiwing the result of the job. Aaron worked with my spouse over a period of several months (yes, months) while we navigated a frustrating roof warranty claim with the warranty company. He was patient and communicative. When it came time to do the actual work, Aaron and the crew were fantastic. They made sure we understood our options on venting and warranties well in advance. Day-of, they were on time, protected our landscaping, made sure to clean up every last nail and piece of debris, and were kind enough to use a box of remaining shingles to re-cover a small roof structure over our basement stairs that wasn't included in the original scope of work. Fantastic customer service experience and highly recommend. We hope to work with them again in the future.

American Custom Contractors recently installed a new roof on our house. We worked with David Paul, who was very knowledgeable about the insurance claims process. He was also very knowledgeable about the different shingle options, and was always responsive and willing to talk through our questions. The crew that replaced our roof worked efficiently and took care to protect our property and clean up. The business staff, including Michelle M. and Amanda S., were professional, helpful and courteous. Overall we are pleased with the service we received and are happy with our new roof.
