We have used AMS for a few years now. We initially found them online by reading Google and Yelp reviews when our A/C broke in the summer and our regular repair company told us that it would be 1 week before they could come out. AMS showed up the next day and fixed our A/C quickly for a very reasonable price. This 22-year-old unit broke again the next year and AMS again came out the next day and found a cheap short-term solution for us. 2 months later we hired AMS to install a new A/C unit. Moshe walked me through all the options, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. After the install he even completed and submitted all the rebate paperwork on my behalf. 11 months later in what appears to be a lightning strike at our house, Moshe came to the house first thing in the morning and spent several hours working on the unit and on the phone with Bryant to determine the cause. Everything was under warranty, including labor, so he refused to accept any payment from me for this work even though it was mere days until the expiration of the 1-year labor warranty that he provided when the new A/C was installed. I will continue to use AMS whenever the need arises again and I strongly recommend AMS to anyone that is looking for a reliable, reasonable, and knowledgeable A/C company.

Moshe installed some ducts for me when I first moved in my new home. We had ducts, but no vents in the basement, so unheated finished basement. Now we can enjoy our warm basement! He was fast, professional, and the work was high quality. He was able to install vents on the existing ductwork, and took initiative suggesting a solution to get a vent in a bathroom not in the duct path. Very happy with the work! Would recommend!

During the winter of 2000, we decided to add a humidifier to the furnace. One of my coworkers recommended AMS and Moshe was the one who did the installation. I guess he has left a very positive impression in my mind. Fast forward 20 years later, our furnace blower started to make squeaky noise and few days later, it stopped completely. So I called Moshe in the evening and got an appointment at noon the next day. Since both the furnace and air conditioner were old, it was really no sense to put more money on them. We ended up getting a furnace/air conditioner combo at a very reasonable price. On the next day, Moshe and Walter, the technician arrived punctually and installed the system in about 7 hours, leaving the job site neat and clean. Moshe is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for HVAC needs.
