Angie was absolutely amazing! She took her time explaining all the functions of my new Q7 prior to test driving it and allowed me to test all the different drive settings. She listened to what I wanted and had a few options waiting for me when I arrived. She was very chill and informative and not pushy at all. She even came in on her day off to assist me. Took my S5 in for 40K service and couple of other issues (burning smell and minor issue from previously performed alignment almost 1 year ago). Service manage Joseph was very pleasant to work with and professional. He addressed all requests completely and promptly and the cost was also very fair.

Great buying experience. I've bought 2 cars here. A CPO A3 in 2017 and a brand new A4 Allroad in August 2020. My sales associate was Tristan. The prices are great. Trade offers are in line with what websites like NADA suggest. The parts department is awesome especially Larry. Prices are very reasonable for a dealership. My only real complaint is the buying process can take awhile. Especially if you don't have cell phone service in the building. Fortunately the waiting area is nice and has a great coffee machine.
