As a former employee of Avery & Upton, I cannot recommend Bruce Avery & Prudence Upton more strongly. Bruce is empathetic and is incredible at finding the most direct path forward. Prudence is a fierce advocate who never forgets that \he who is reasonable wins.\ You cannot go wrong hiring Avery & Upton for your family law matter.

Went to Avery and Upton to enforce Court-ordered visitation. That was three years ago and I've never seen my child since.
Prudence Upton withheld information that the court could have used to determine the dangerousness of my son's father (her client). My son's father then went on to Kill my son. He is in jail, but Ms. Upton never had to account for her role in this tragedy.
Christy did an excellent job at handling my case. She handled everything in a timely manner, gave great advice, and kept my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. She even felt like a friend during the year we worked together. The rest of the staff is wonderful too. Highly recommended Christy and Avery and Upton.
Bruce and Prudence are awesome. They helped me through an ugly and sticky divorce and custody situation, gave sound advice, and represented my interests very well, both outside and inside the courtroom.
