Jana is an amazing massage therapist. She listens to my needs and structures my massage based on what I need. She also has great intuition and incredible knowledge of how the body works. Jana has amazing hands! She knows just the right amount of pressure to work out those stubborn knots in my back. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. She is also very warm and professional. I appreciate that she wears a mask throughout the visit (I did too) and follows Covid-19 protocols for safety.
